Perception vs. Reality

You are constantly telling yourself stories about the way the world is, particularly about yourself. Of the thousands of thoughts you have each day, what stories are you telling yourself?
Are you powerful, strong, and capable, or are you telling yourself stories about not being good enough?
These stories have an incredible impact on our lives, even though we don’t ever think about it. When you tell yourself stories about what you are capable of and the success you can create, those thoughts become words, the words become actions, and thus, your reality is created.
